ProvenExpert is a rating portal with which one can provide customer satisfaction as proof of good or better very good performance of one's own business to other interested parties. Unfortunately, ProvenExpert itself does not take this very goal seriously in any way. In other words, it has never been more inappropriate to talk about customer service and ProvenExpert in the same sentence. For several weeks now, the check-out for ordering the rating seals has not been working. I have now pointed this out several times by mail. A response I received about 2 weeks ago, that they send me the documents by mail and manually made the order. Until today, I have not received any mail and have therefore tried it again myself. Still online not possible. 4 browsers and 3 payment methods (which otherwise work) brought me no further. On my last mails only a short answer that they currently have an increased volume of customer inquiries and this due to many Corona cases can not process as usual quickly. They are also not available by phone. Advertising for special offers go out but automated ... So customer advertising works, but customer service does not seem to take place at the moment. This behavior is exactly what I would never expect my customers to do. I will not extend my premium membership in any case....
